Shannon initially began practicing real estate in Miami after founding and owning a successful medical billing company in her hometown of Los Angeles. She and her family relocated to the Gulf Coast permanently in 2013, where she has practiced real estate ever since. Shannon is known for her savvy as a new construction specialist as well as her assistance with all buyers and sellers, earning recognition as a top producer and working alongside premier developers. She is skilled with all aspects of development, including site selection, market research, product development, marketing and sales. She has additional experience buying and selling properties on her own, as well as starting her own property management company.

Mildred (Mia) Aufford

Originally from Bucks Co, PA, Sherri's real estate background includes new construction sales, custom homes, interior designer for builders and specializes in properties for non-profits.  Paired with her real estate firm management experience, Sherri serves as the the Operations Manager for the Apex Team as well as a fully licensed agent. She goes above and beyond for clients and actively serves as the Event Chair for Naples Night to Shine prom for those with special needs, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation.
